can grow and develop with an emphasis on establishing positive relationships.
4. To ensure that all buildings and facilities are maintained to the
highest standard for safety and comfort of all users.
5. Through sound administrative support and financial controls achieve
maximum efficiency in the custodial operations.
6. To deliver a purposeful and positive regime for all prisoners through
work, education, spiritual care, leisure activity, ensuring good healthcare
and catering standards.
7. To achieve a fair and just environment for all.
8. To undertake and meet the requirements of the customers as agreed
in the contract between all parties.
